Three Things We Won't Compromise On

Transparency

We show you the problem before we fix it. You'll know what needs attention now, what can wait, and what we recommend — and the reasons behind each call. You decide what happens to your car.

Craftsmanship

We don't rush repairs. Quality parts, proper technique, and attention to detail aren't optional — they're the baseline. When a vehicle leaves our shop, it's because we're satisfied with the work.

Consistency

Whether it's your first visit or your fifteenth, you'll get the same level of care. Repeat customers are the foundation of this shop. We don't save quality for new clients.

Honest Diagnostics Aren't Optional — They're the Foundation

The diagnostic step is where the relationship between a shop and a customer either builds trust or erodes it. When a technician tells you something is wrong, you should be able to ask "can you show me?" — and get a clear, honest answer.

We've seen the fallout from misdiagnoses: customers who spent money on repairs that didn't address the actual problem, or who were told they needed work that wasn't necessary. It's a pattern that damages trust across the whole industry.

At PST Repair, every diagnosis includes a walkthrough. You'll see the scan data, the worn part, the actual symptom. You'll understand what we found, and you'll leave knowing you made an informed decision — whatever that decision was.

How We Got Here

2009

2012

Expanded to Full-Service

Added a second bay and invested in diagnostic equipment. Began offering engine and electrical diagnostics alongside our existing maintenance services.

2016

Red Seal Certification

James Kovacs achieved Red Seal certification, reinforcing our commitment to professional-grade workmanship. Staff training programs formalized.

2020

Suspension & Electrical Specialization

Brought on Alicia Tran and Neil Parsons as specialists. Expanded service offerings to include full suspension rebuilds and advanced electrical system repair.

Today

Serving Edmonton Daily

4,800+ vehicles serviced, a team of four core technicians, and a shop that still operates on the same values it launched with in 2009.
